When you submit a form on this site (Portfolio X-Ray request or Leverage Letter signup), we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, and property count. Forms are processed by HubSpot, our customer relationship platform, which may set cookies and collect standard usage data (IP address, pages visited) as described in HubSpot's privacy policy. Scheduling links are provided by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy.
To deliver what you asked for (your X-Ray, the newsletter, a scheduled call), to respond to your inquiry, and to follow up about your lending needs. We do not sell your personal information.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still contact you about an active loan file.
